You retain ownership of content you submit to Talent Match. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and process it as needed to provide our services.

5. Contact Requests

Employers may send contact requests to candidates. Candidates have full control over approving or declining requests. Contact information is only shared upon explicit approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Talent Match is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
